Guy Roberston

Guy Roberston - Managing Partner

Founded the Agency on a shoestring in 1986 after 5 years learning the ropes at Grant Forrest, Scotland's most exciting agency of the eighties. Although he worked as GRP's principle accounthandler for many years his role nowadays is to manage the "big picture", controlling the financial stability of the Agency and ensuring the various departments work together to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Guy serves on the Scottish IPA Committee and is a Past President of the Publicity Club of Glasgow.

Iain Finlay

Iain Finlay - Creative Partner

Classically trained graphic designer and member of the Chartered Society of Designers, Iain's been making images since before he could crawl, and has been responsible for the creative output of GRP since it began over twenty years ago. His current team includes high-profile art directors and writers, as well as specialists in photographic re-touching and other skills.

Garry Allan

Garry Allan - Client Services Partner

Has worked with various agencies and blue chip clients over the last 30 years (some more satisfying than others). Prematurely grey, and puts it down to one particular past client, who shall remain nameless!

Garry's current responsibilities include driving GRP Digital and ensuring we deliver measurable results for our clients.

Michael Gibb

Michael Gibb - Media & Planning Partner

Native of North East Scotland, Michael has a career in marketing spanning 26 years. From his days as a young upstart with Scottish and Universal Newspapers, his work over the last 17 years has been working on blue chip clients at McCann Erikson, BSB Dorland and Riley.

A lifelong Aberdeen fan and radio buff, his ambition is to see the agency appear on more consideration lists as a result of great creative work and imaginative media and digital solutions.

Colin Murchie

Colin Murchie - Business Development Director

Colin joined GRP in Summer 2006. Following senior account management positions with FIAT and Nissan's London agencies DMB&B and TBWA respectively, he moved to Grey Advertising Group's Edinburgh office as Group Account Director with responsibilities for the UK wide Lidl Gmbh and Landmark Furnishings accounts. Joining Adpartners agency in Glasgow in 1998, Colin held the position of Managing & Client Services Director for the last four years, before joining GRP in August 2006. A practitioner in advertising for over 20 years, Colin offers experience across almost every business sector.

Claire Davidson

Claire Davidson - Digital Director

Joining GRP in 2007, Claire has over 12 years experience in digital marketing, including 4 years as digital planner for a London marketing agency. Always ready to challenge perceived wisdom, she’s experienced across all elements of the digital landscape including web, email, search, online advertising, desktop applications and mobile. Clients who have benefited from her skills and passion include Guinness, Johnnie Walker, Huggies, Crown Paints, esure, Etihad airways, Hyundai, Citroen, Planning Portal, learndirect, Drugs Agency South West and Muller yogurt.

Lynn McMillan

Lynn McMillan - Account Director

Lynn joined GRP in November 2003, bringing significant brand experience to the agency team. Her previous positions entailed working as an Account Manager within direct marketing and brand advertising, where she worked on a wide range of clients such as Comfort, Kotex, Intelligent Finance and The Gleneagles Hotel. Since joining GRP, Lynn has been developing work on a number of NHS projects and Toyota GB, amongst others.

Colin Scott

Gordon Bain - Account Director

Gordon began his career in FMCG sales before helping to found newton.eh6, which became the top creative award-winning design company in Scotland. At Lawrence Creative - which he left to join us - Gordon was responsible for Abbey Bank and NHS accounts. He adds significant public sector experience to the GRP team.
